Steamboat Resort Public Space Renovation

Renovation of 30,000 sf of public space in a resort in Steamboat Springs. Project included space planning and function changes, relocating HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and all new finishes for all public spaces. The types of spaces renovated included the Lobby, Front Desk, Restaurant/Bar, commercial Kitchen, public restrooms, Multi-function space, Retail, Fitness and exterior deck.
