This project involved transforming a 90,000-square-foot hotel into a modern timeshare property. While the building’s structural framework remained intact, the entire interior was stripped and reconfigured to create functional and inviting timeshare units. Additionally, a significant portion of the exterior finish system was removed and replaced to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Despite the scale and complexity of the renovation, the contractor successfully completed the project within an impressive seven-month timeline.
